OutPost offers two primary levels of service, which include “Self- Remediation” and “Full Service”

Self Remediation

Self-Remediation services are for customers who just need a little help with their IT networks. They have a complete IT staff that may need notification, access, or tools to troubleshoot and provide remote support. OutPost is here to help and will provide you with the expertise you need when and where you need it. OutPost will provide as much or as little service as is necessary to enable our business customers to maintain reliable and efficient networks.

Full Service

Full Service services are for the enterprises and MSPs that realize their organization will be more efficient and their businesses will be more profitable and effective by off-loading or outsourcing some of their IT workload. They realize that they cannot be experts at everything. There are economies of scale that can be realized through outsourcing and that their business will benefit and profit from better utilization of scarce resources.
